He has effectively counseled and helped us register new marks, offered his expert opinion on matters of infringement, and he has aided us in defending our marks both domestically and internationally. We trust Michael and his firm with our complete portfolio of marks and renewals. What’s more, Michael and Joe have helped us file three patent applications and they were invaluable in helping us attain our very first official US patent. When it comes to IP law, I highly recommend consulting Petock & Petock."

"Mr. Petock worked tirelessly to ensure that Camp Abilities: an overnight educational sports camp for children with visual impairments received our trademark for not only our camp name, but for our two motto's "A Loss of Sight, Never a Loss of Vision", & "Believe You Can Achieve". He overcame barriers, ensured us there were no other programs with our name, and pushed me to do the work we needed to do on our end. His dedication, commitment and passion for our program for children with disabilities was very impressive. Michael Petock is a professional, caring, and talented Lawyer with amazing skills and the ability to make this world a better place every day. He helped my camp tremendously!"

Dr. Lauren Lieberman, Founder & Director Camp Abilities, Brockport, NY

"My brother and I recently opened a new winery in California where naming and visual branding is essential.  Surprisingly we found contradictory advice and massive ranges in pricing which made us both hesitant and lacking in confidence regarding whom to hire to assist us with brand protection. Fortunately we found Petock & Petock. Mr. Petock logically and competently walked me through the steps we would be taking, always kept me informed of where we stood throughout the process, and ultimately successfully achieved our goal of protecting our brand."
