We have been located in the historic town of Phoenixville for over 30 years.
Our History
The firm was founded by the late Michael F. Petock, Esq. in 1972 atop the PSFS building in Philadelphia, the tallest building in Philly at the time. Michael F. Petock was widely regarded as a top patent attorney by his clients, fellow attorneys and judges. The firm relocated to beautiful Phoenixville, PA in the mid 1980’s in an effort to be closer to many of the firm’s clients and the thriving business scene occurring in the Philadelphia suburbs. We have been in Phoenixville ever since and recently have expanded to West Chester in order to provide better convenience to our Chester County, PA clients.
These days the firm’s Managing Partner, Michael C. Petock leads the firm by the principles on which it was founded by his dad almost half a century ago:
